As a consultant, an owner of 5 successful practices in Canada, and an international speaker, I learned over the years that the “hiring process” and “HR nightmares” is a ubiquitous challenge in our field on several continents. So,I decided to design a revolutionary and streamlined approach to help my peers overcome this obstacle, all the while alleviating the related stress, and the time & money associated with the process.

Samantha Leonard has been in the Dental industry for over a dozen years. She has worked every role, worn every hat and mastered all the traits that eventually lead her to become anOperationalManager with a well respected and world-renown Orthodontist, Dr. Sam Daher. Together,they started and built a multi-million-dollarpractice from scratchand expand to 6locations across the country. Her managerial experience has helped her appreciate and identify the negative effect of a wrong hire, lack of systemsand the adverse impact on team dynamic, quality of customer service, lost time and wasted money.She is passionate about helping the dental community, find & build their dream team and establish effective HR programs that will create the office culture that will take their practice to the next level!

Grace is a results-driven individual and has a passion for recruitment and sourcing. Born in a family of business people, she took Business Administration major in Management. She has been in the recruitment industry for more than a decade working with clients around the globe. She headed Recruitment Teams in different BPO and Shared Service Centre. While she enjoys the challenge of sourcing and recruiting individuals and place them in their next company, it’s those times that makes these highly skilled and talented individuals career dreams come that reminds her why she loves what she does so much. It’s like rocket fuel; pushing her ever forward as she continues to pair great candidates with great companies who want to add unique, talented individuals to their organization.

LINDSEY CHAPMAN

HR SPECIALIST (USA)




Lindsey has over a dozen years experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Staffing, and Training. She has worked as a Human Resources Director and Human Resources Generalist primarily in the Oil and Gas Manufacturing and Student Housing industry. She has managed virtual and traditional teams of up to 150 team members for both non-profit and for-profit businesses worldwide. She is a proud member of SHRM and is active in her local chapter in Houston Texas. Lindsey has worked with large companies such as Amazon, Sutherland and Stanley Black & Decker and is excited to help apply systems, policies and procedures to help dental business owners have a successful tribe and business!

Tatiana Cappis joins the team as the Recruiter & Office Coordinator of Stream DentalHR. She has over 10 years’ experience in office administration and Human Resources with large companies in Calgary, Alberta and several year’s in running her own business from home. J. Snooks is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources, owning over a decade of experience, who works with organizations of all sizes implementing Human Resources strategies and solutions. As a generalist, she has experience with recruitment & on-boarding, performance management, policy development, leadership mentoring and benefits. She believes that Human Resources should be uncomplicated. You need to build trust, respect and have strong communication. When these things happen, HR processes become less challenging.

Travis partners with Stream Dental’s HR team to deliver exceptional guidance and leadership to our clients. His passion for supporting individuals and teams to perform their best naturally led him into human resources. Travis graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco and holds his Professional in Human Resources (PHR) credential. Additionally, Travis is a candidate for Master of Science in Human Resources Management at the University of Southern California. Travis assists with employee benefit programs, employee relations, policy administration and compliance, and safety and risk management programs. In his free time, Travis can be found at a pool, searching for a glass of pinot noir, or enjoying the perfect street taco.

Katelynn Serrano joins the team as our Rockstar Office Coordinator of Stream DentalHR. She has over five years worth of office administration and accounting experience in various other fields as well as runs her own small business from home, part time. Being an entrepreneur herself, she understands the importance of creating a positive experience for each and every client and excels in attention to detail and organization. Katelynn is very excited for the opportunity to be part of the Stream Dental Team!

KATE  SERRANO

OFFICE COORDINATOR




India started her career in Dentistry as a Registered Dental Hygienist. In this role, she provides consultation and education to dental practices regarding the latest infection prevention recommendations and safety standards set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). She is a member of the Organization for Safety, Asepsis, and Prevention (OSAP) which provides advocacy for safe and infection-free delivery of oral healthcare. She has over 20 years of combined experience in healthcare and the local and state public health sectors.

Ken is a Certified Professional Behavioural Analyst (CPBA), a strategist and communicator. Using behavioural profile assessments (DISC), as a tool for better recruitment, retention and understanding of employees, to help employees (and owners) communicate more effectively with other team members. As well, to foster respect for one another and work together toward a shared outcome.
